Stunning set of slicks with carvings

A truly stunning masterpiece! I gave a little love to it today but to be fair not much needed at all. The newspaper in the box is dated 1977, which it’s fair to say that’s when the set was put into storage. Clean and in fantastic conditions with just a few age spots. Definitely carbon steel beautifully forged to old iron which you can clearly see in the photos. Ebony handles like new, stamped and the carving is probably the best I’ve ever seen. I hope these will go to someone who truly cherishes them and will put them to use as they feel great. I don’t know the maker and I’d be speculating guessing. The stamp and writing on the box on refers to special grade and the Tiger and dragon carvings. This set was definitely made for someone to use. 24 and 48mm blades
