Set of 7 oire nomi bench chisels Masamune

Description

Lovely set of 7 bench chisels, stamped Masamune with original ebony handles in good conditions with some drying splits but sound and firm. They have multiple hollows in near perfect conditions (rare to find them this well set up and maintained). The previous owner had a very shallow bevel which I have reset to a steeper angle. I have only ground enough to create a new bevel not to waste metal. Even with such a low bevel none of the chisels were chipped, a sign of very well forged steel. Overall a lovely set of chisels.
